battery backups, we equipped our facility with two automatic generator. We can
also provide redundant links to customers, such as an ISDN backup
for a DSL line, or DSL backup for T1. Or T1 backup for Fiber.

a small company, we can get to know our customers and their computer
systems. With knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, MS Exchange, Groupwise, workstations O/S, and
advanced networking, we have the skills to support most of our
customers systems.

quick response to problems. We can handle that. We
provide phone support, remote through-the-wire support, and on-site
support. Prearranged contracts can provide guaranteed on-site
response times of less than 3 hours.
- On-site service - Like it says above,
we don't just provide Internet connectivity. If you need it,
our staff can respond on-site to fix a mail server, or a PC, to
install a router, or repair a file server.
